Terms of Service

All quotes provided by Renova Home Services are free and no-obligation. A quote given over the phone or online is an estimate based on the information you provide; a fixed price is confirmed after an on-site inspection. We will not start work without your approval of the fixed price.

We schedule work during our business hours (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm) and will confirm the date and time with you in advance. Weather and access conditions on the North Shore can occasionally require rescheduling; we'll give you as much notice as possible and rebook at the earliest available time.

You may reschedule or cancel a booking at no charge with reasonable notice.

The CA$50 discount applies to your first service with Renova Home Services when you request a free quote, is applied automatically, and is taken off your final invoice. It cannot be exchanged for cash and is limited to one discount per household.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods agreed at the time of booking. Renova Home Services does not offer financing.

We treat your property with care and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions we could not reasonably foresee. Any concerns about completed work should be reported to us promptly so we can address them under our workmanship guarantee.

We treat your property with the same care and respect as our own. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us and we will return to address the concern. Our goal is outstanding, top-quality results on every job.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent update.
