Question 1

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (672) 338-9011 or fill out the short form on any page — just your name, phone, and the service you need. We'll call you back during business hours, usually the same day, to confirm details and book the visit.

Question 2

How fast can you come out?

Accepted Answer

On the North Shore we're usually within 2–3 business days; across Metro Vancouver within 3–5. Emergency gutter overflows in the fall storm season get priority — tell us it's urgent when you call.

Question 3

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not usually. For exterior-only work like pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and most soft washing, we can work while you're out as long as we have water access and a clear path. You'll get before/after photos either way.

Question 4

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Quote callbacks happen during those hours too.

Question 5

Are quotes really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every quote is free and no-obligation. We inspect on site and give you a fixed price before any work starts. You're never charged for the visit or the estimate.

Question 6

How does the CA$50 new-customer discount work?

Accepted Answer

It applies automatically to your first service when you request a free quote — nothing to clip or remember. The discount is taken off your final invoice.

Question 7

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

By the surface area or linear foot we actually clean and how dirty it is — never a padded flat fee. Each service has its own unit (square feet for pressure and soft washing, linear feet for gutters, per-pane for windows, roof area for roof cleaning). You get one fixed total on site.

Question 8

Do you offer package deals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Bundling services — like a driveway + patio pressure wash, or a gutter clean with a roof blow-off — costs less than booking each separately. We'll suggest the right combo on the quote.

Question 9

Are you a local North Shore crew?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're owner-operated and based right on the North Shore. The same crew shows up every time, and we put our name on every job. No subcontractors, no corporate call centers.

Question 10

What's your Care Promise?

Accepted Answer

We treat your property with the same care and respect as our own, focusing on the small details to deliver outstanding, top-quality results. It's how we work on every job, not a slogan.

Question 11

Will you protect my garden and landscaping?

Accepted Answer

Always. We pre-wet and cover planting, dilute chemistry to manufacturer specs, and rinse everything down. We keep pets and people off treated areas until they're dry.

Question 12

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Accepted Answer

Pressure washing uses high water pressure for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill algae and moss on siding, stucco, and roofs. We choose the method each surface actually needs — never a one-size-fits-all blast.

Question 13

Why don't you pressure wash roofs?

Accepted Answer

High pressure strips the protective granules off asphalt shingles and can void the manufacturer warranty. Roofs are cleaned with low-pressure moss removal and a killing treatment — the safe, approved method.

Question 14

How long will the clean last?

Accepted Answer

It depends on shade, tree cover, and weather. Pressure-washed driveways typically stay clean 8–12 months; soft-washed siding and treated roofs stay clean longer because we kill the growth at the root. We set honest expectations for your property on the quote.
